As a member of Avison Young’s office brokerage team, Nicolas Bilodeau focuses predominantly on suburban landlord representation wherein he is recognized as a seasoned market expert. In this role, Nicolas works with private owners, REITs, and CRE investors to position properties and property portfolios to maximize asset value via tailored leasing, tenant retention, and asset disposition plans.
