About Pasqualina

Pasqualina started in the corporate real estate brokerage industry in 1992. She is responsible for the lease management team, including database management of real estate portfolios for a number of clients with an emphasis on the preparation of budget plans, lease commitments and IFRS 16 calculations. 

Currently, Pasqualina is also responsible for the management of clients' real estate portfolios across Canada, a service that includes market research, negotiating offers and leases, managing excess space either through subletting or assisting in the disposition process as well as managing client expectations and critical dates.

Credentials and professional affiliations

• Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in finance, Concordia University
• 51 credits towards a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Microbiology, McGill University
• Real Estate Broker, member of OACIQ
