Patrick Laurin serves as President of Avison Young Québec and Leader of Occupier Services. With over a decade of experience, he supports public and private organizations in developing strategic real estate solutions across Canada and abroad, leading multidisciplinary teams that align real estate strategies with broader business objectives.

Patrick began his career in civil engineering, where he developed a strong understanding of operational and financial performance through large-scale infrastructure projects, including the expansion of Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. This technical foundation continues to shape his analytical, results-oriented approach to real estate.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Patrick has built a reputation for delivering tailored, data-driven solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value. His leadership spans industrial, office, and multi-market portfolios, with a proven ability to manage complex negotiations and optimize performance.

In 2015, he was appointed Head of the Industrial sector, and by 2018, he was leading the Occupier Services group, overseeing a team of 25 professionals serving national and global clients.

Following Avison Young’s acquisition of Devencore in 2021, Patrick was appointed Managing Director for Québec in 2023. In 2026, he assumed the role of President of Avison Young Québec, where he now focuses on setting the firm’s strategic direction, driving growth, and strengthening its impact across the province.
