About Reed

Reed is a Principal with Avison Young who focuses on investment sales. His primary business practices with the Capital Markets Group involve all asset classes of real estate in the Greater Edmonton, Central Alberta and Northern Alberta regions.

Over the past several years, Reed has completed a variety of multi-residential, retail, office, industrial and land related sale transactions. Examples of assets include retail centres, apartment buildings of all sizes, serviced residential and commercial lands, residential ‘infill’ land and raw land in the path of future development. Reed has acted for local, regional, national and institutional clients through the acquisition, disposition, evaluation and consultation of their real estate interests.

In his spare time, Reed spends his time in the mountains snowboarding, backcountry hiking and camping. He keeps an active lifestyle locally, travels when possible and is involved in the Edmonton and Leduc communities. Over the past several years, Reed has supported the Mark M. Hayduk Memorial Fund and Jumpstart Program with proceeds specifically donated to his hometown of Leduc. He also fundraises for the MS Society and rides in the Johnson MS Bike Tour (Leduc to Camrose).
