Richard has over 23 years of experience in office leasing in the Toronto market, specializing in procurement and disposition of premises for both local and national companies. He specializes in lease negotiation, tenant/landlord representation, and spatial needs analysis.

In 2004, Richard became one of the principals of Avison Young and has conducted over 700 lease/sublease negotiations during his tenure in the commercial real estate industry. Richard has consistently been one of Avison Young Toronto’s top leasing producers operating predominantly in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
