About Riley

Riley joined Avison Young in September 2023 as the Market Intelligence Coordinator for Vancouver’s office division. Riley’s responsibilities included maintaining and analyzing the Metro Vancouver office market database, delivering client-tailored survey reports, and providing valuable support to the office team. Currently, Riley is working alongside Gord Robson and Ilya Tihanenoks as a Brokerage Assistant, focusing on the sale and leasing of commercial properties and industrial-zoned land. Prior to joining Avison Young, Riley pursued his education at the University of Victoria, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Service Management.
