Robert Houde joined the Devencore team in 2019 as a real estate broker and then joined the ranks of Avison Young when the two Montreal offices of Avison Young and Devencore were merged in 2021.

His experience as a business manager and real estate investor has allowed him to wear many hats and meet many challenges. However, Robert's strength lies in his ability to build lasting and trusting relationships with his clients and business partners. And this, while maintaining a spirit of performance in order to achieve the objectives and interests of each.
