About Russ

Russ specializes in Industrial user representation including leasing, sales and build-to-suit transactions. His honest, advisory approach and service excellence has resulted in Russ working on several of the most significant distribution centre build-to-suit lease deals in the history of Metro Vancouver, including Canadian Tire, Sobeys, Home Depot, and Robinson Supply. Russ joined the team at Avison Young in 2015 as a Principal after 17 years at Colliers where he was Senior Vice President, Industrial. He has a passion for learning and working in teams to best serve clients, and his greatest strength is strong relationships and trust with users, investors, and influencers in the Metro Vancouver market.
