About Ryan

Ryan Brunner joined the Capital Markets team in 2025 as an associate after over a year with the company as a client services and market research coordinator in Ottawa. These opportunities allowed him to gain hands-on experience in the industry, sharpen his analytical skills, and foster his deep appreciation for the organization and its people. 

A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing, providing him with a strong foundation in marketing, consumer behaviour and market analysis. His academic performance and professional development experiences have fueled his passion for capital markets and his commitment to excellence. 

Since joining Avison Young, Ryan has established himself as a detail-oriented and collaborative member of the Capital Markets team. His ability to combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills allows him to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
