About Ryan

Ryan DiFlorio joined the Avison Young team as an Associate in 2025. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Ryan developed expertise in marketing strategy and brand development, working with Alberta-based companies and managing independent client projects in digital strategy, design, and development. This experience has equipped him to build strong industry relationships, which he continues to foster through his work in commercial real estate.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Ryan moved to Lethbridge over 14 years ago and became actively involved in the community, including playing minor hockey throughout his youth. He is dedicated to supporting clients with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach.
