Ryan specializes in industrial leasing, sales, land sales, project marketing, and investment sales throughout Metro Vancouver. Ryan utilizes his breadth of experience and in-depth market knowledge to best serve his clients’ needs, often providing creative solutions to overcome deal-specific obstacles. Ryan is an integral member of the Industrial Services Group at the Vancouver office.

During his time at Avison Young, Ryan has been a lead negotiator in over 13 Million square feet of sales and lease transactions representing a transaction value of over $5 Billion.
