About Ryan

Ryan is an AACI designated appraiser within the Avison Young Valuation and Advisory Services team and has been involved in a variety of appraisals related to valuations for first mortgage financing purposes, financial reporting, power of sale, litigation, and feasibility/market studies. He has established a strong understanding of all income producing asset classes including multi-family, industrial, retail, office. Furthermore, Ryan has been involved with more complex assignments for uses relating to valuation of development land within urban and rural areas.
