About Ryan

Ryan began his commercial real estate career at a boutique brokerage in Calgary in 2007, and in 2014, he joined the Avison Young Calgary Capital Markets group. Over the years, Ryan has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from private high-net-worth investors to major Canadian REITs. He takes pride in leveraging his 15+ years of market expertise and meticulous attention to detail in every transaction. Ryan is well-known and highly respected in the industry; he takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients.

A native of Alberta, Ryan grew up in Sundre and later attended Miami University in Ohio, where he played NCAA Division I golf for four years and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2006. His background as a competitive athlete reflects his dedication and work ethic, which he brings to his professional endeavors.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, whether golfing, hiking, mountain biking, or fly fishing.
