About Safa

Safa brings over 18 years of experience delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion across the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors in the GTA. His expertise spans procurement, budgeting, and project execution, with a proven track record of leading teams while maintaining cost and schedule performance and ensuring quality and compliance.
 
Before joining Avison Young, Safa managed ground-up construction projects for major private educational clients at Prodigy Group, and prior to that, successfully led multiple commercial and industrial developments with First Gulf. He holds a Gold Seal certification in Project Management and is well versed in sustainable practices, including LEED and Net Zero Carbon initiatives.
 
With his broad and deep industry knowledge, paired with a disciplined, client-focused approach, Safa is dedicated to delivering real estate solutions that align with clients’ operational needs and long-term goals at Avison Young.
