About Sara

Sara Leblanc is an Associate Vice President within Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. In this role, she is responsible for advising institutions, REITs, asset managers, and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of industrial and retail investment properties in the Greater Montréal Area and across the province of Québec.

Sara joined the Québec Capital Markets Team in 2019 and has since overseen $1 billion in both retail and industrial investment transactions. She has established long-standing relationships with both private and institutional investors, working with groups such as Summit REIT, Dream REIT, Fiera, and Cominar.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Sarah was a founder of Premières en Affaires, a media company, and oversaw the launch of the INSPIRO magazine, which had a quarterly circulation of 40,000 copies. She has also held positions in finance and supply chain management and was part of the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal’s leadership team.
