About Sarah

Sarah Kuczynski joined Avison Young in 2019 as a Valuation Associate and has since advanced to the role to Senior Consultant. She has extensive experience in the valuation of various asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, multi-residential properties, commercial condominiums and development land. Additionally, Sarah has contributed to consulting projects involving market rent reports.

Sarah is currently a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and is actively pursuing the AACI designation through the AIC Program of Professional Studies.
