Scott Teskey is a dedicated real estate professional based in Avison Young’s Downtown Toronto office, specializing in office and industrial tenant representation. He works with a diverse range of clients, including publicly traded corporations, technology start-ups, and non-profit organizations.

Scott is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering customized solutions by leveraging his deep knowledge of market trends and data-driven insights. His dedication and performance have earned him recognition as a Top 10 Emerging Leader at Avison Young in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and as a Top 10 Emerging Leader in Canada in 2024.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is an active member of the Ontario Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board, and Avison Young’s Advisory Affinity Group.

Outside of work, Scott is passionate about sports and continues to compete at a high level in both golf and hockey.
