About Shayla

Shayla joined Avison Young as the Operations Coordinator in 2025. She works closely with Vancouver’s Managing Director, Brett Armstrong, to ensure the office’s internal operations run seamlessly. Shayla oversees a variety of day-to-day operational responsibilities and acts as a central point of communication between teams, supporting collaboration and the overall success of the office. Before joining Avison Young, she refined her skills at another well-known commercial real estate firm.
