She is a uniquely qualified individual who effectively manages the wide variety of complex issues faced in real estate management.

As head of Property Management at Dream Office REIT Simone’s portfolio of over 5 million square feet, had a NAV of over $1 billion and included their flagship Scotia Plaza, their Toronto CBD assets and others across Ontario.  

Simone’s portfolios have included joint ventures with institutional investor partnerships such as KingSett Capital and HR REIT with whom she built strong connections and became a trusted part of the overall partnerships.
