About Stuart

Stuart began his commercial real estate career in 2010 and joined Avison Young as Senior Vice President, in 2021. Stuart is well-experienced with managing numerous complex transactions with a focus on the industrial sales, leasing, land sales, and investment sales throughout Metro Vancouver, with a specialization on Vancouver and North Vancouver. His extensive market knowledge and network provide him the opportunity to work on numerous transactions to best serve his clients’ requirements whilst often having to provide creative solutions to overcome certain obstacles. 

Stuart continues to keep himself current on all relevant real estate issues; his hard work ethic, ability to create strategically-sound decisions, and excellent relationship skills earn him respect and loyalty amongst his clients.
