About Tessa

Tessa focuses in selling and leasing industrial properties across the Greater Toronto Area, with a keen focus on the Central GTA submarket.

Her specialization is the disposition and acquisition of environmentally complex sites. With a background in environmental consulting and construction project management, Tessa brings a technically informed and solutions-driven perspective to every assignment. Her experience navigating environmental due diligence, remediation considerations, and development constraints enables her to unlock value on complex sites and uncover unique opportunities others may overlook. 

Tessa’s passion for commercial real estate is fueled by her desire to be a driver of change for her clients and the communities in which she works. She takes the greatest satisfaction in creating solutions during challenging deals and seeing her clients succeed.

She holds an Honours degree in Environmental Studies from York University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Environmental Engineering Science from Toronto Metropolitan University (The Chang School). She is also a member of OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association) and TREB (Toronto Regional Real Estate Board).
