For over half a decade as a trusted advisor, Tinyan (Tin) has been dedicated to helping clients navigate the dynamic changes in Calgary’s commercial real estate market. Since joining Avison Young in 2018, Tin has been involved in more than 400 lease and sale transactions, representing both tenants and landlords. His experience representing these parties have been instrumental in Tin’s successful track record negotiating complex scenarios and creative solutions for numerous local and multi-national organizations and corporations. Having his finger on the pulse of Calgary’s rapidly diversifying economy, Tin has proven himself as both a knowledgeable and reliable partner for his clients, who range from startups to established corporations.
