About Tom

Tom Snowdon joined Avison Young following an education in Commerce Industry Sales and Marketing at Red River College. Graduating with Honours in 2016, he now serves as a Sales and Leasing Associate. Tom works with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants specializing in industrial, flex space and land. He has extensive occupancy planning experience which enables him to work closely with his clients and his knowledge of municipal requirements throughout the region adding considerable time savings and money to all transactions and projects that he manages.

Tom has the ability to connect clients with properties many of which are not on the market. He's been chosen as an Emerging Leader at Avison Young and continues to utilize his negotiating skills for the benefit of his clients. A lifelong resident of Southern Manitoba, Tom is an enthusiastic member of the community who enjoys golf, softball and showing clients and customers the best Winnipeg has to offer.
