About Tracy

Tracy is a highly motivated Associate for Avison Young’s Multifamily division. She joined the company in January 2022, bringing with her over 3 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Focusing on financial projections and analysis, Tracy is dedicated to providing in-depth research, due diligence, underwriting, and proposal preparation for investment transactions involving multifamily assets. Tracy is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Edmonton CREW network, BOMA Emerging Leader program, and the NAIOP Developing Leaders membership. She is a strong believer in Simon Sineak’s “Why” mantra and hopes to use her career as a tool to help build a brighter and more opportunistic city for all Edmontonian’s.

Tracy is a proud graduate of the University of Alberta where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree, along with two certificates in Real Estate and Leadership Development. During her time in university, Tracy dedicated her spare time to expanding the University’s real estate program and held an executive position within the University of Alberta Real Estate Club. Through these experiences, Tracy gained an appreciation for the influence real estate has in the world. This led her to notice the value in market knowledge, which inevitably led her to a career in multifamily brokerage.
