About Victor

Victor Harraca is a Sales Associate within Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets team, where he advises investors and supports the execution of industrial and retail investment transactions across the Greater Montréal Area and throughout Québec. His expertise spans underwriting, marketing, and due diligence, providing clients with strategic guidance through complex acquisitions and dispositions.

Victor joined Avison Young in 2023 as a Financial Analyst, underwriting more than $1.2 billion in real estate investment transactions before transitioning to a sales role in September 2025.

Before joining Avison Young, Victor brought nearly a decade of experience in real estate, including six years as a specialized office investment broker in Paris. Over the course of his career, he has successfully executed transactions across office, retail, and redevelopment asset classes.
