Yann Charles is Executive Vice President with Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets team, where he leads the execution of major retail and industrial investment transactions across the Greater Montréal Area and throughout Québec. With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Yann has established himself as a trusted advisor to private investors,
institutions, and REITs seeking to deploy capital or optimize value in the Québec market.

Since launching his investment advisory practice in 2016, Yann has completed over $2 billion in closed transactions, consistently delivering institutional-grade execution for his clients. His track record spans some of the province’s most notable retail and industrial sales, ranging from single-asset dispositions to large-scale portfolio transactions. Widely recognized for his determination, deep market knowledge, and client-first approach, Yann has cultivated long-standing relationships with leading real estate owners and investors.
