About Zack

Zack Elton specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Southwestern Ontario market. He has completed transactions with investors, developers, and owner / occupiers with various requirements from land acquisition with design projects to short-term warehousing space. He is focused on building strong relationships with his clients offering real estate solutions throughout the completion of the requirement and thereafter. His experience in the skilled trades industry allows Zack to provide project management services from initiation and setting of business objectives through to project completion. The same experience allows Zack to understand a client's company and challenges through a unique scope and perspective, that is not easily found in the industry.

Prior to joining Avison Young Southwestern Ontario, Zack spent over seven years as a construction and maintenance electrician. He worked on and managed a variety of projects including construction of institutional, industrial and commercial buildings, and green energy projects. Zack is also experienced in areas including project management, site supervision, health and safety, and apprentice mentorship.

Zack is dedicated to giving back to the community and actively volunteers with Crohn's and Colitis Canada and is an NCCP certified Basketball Development Program Coach for Team Ontario.
