Clarissa is responsible for the Property Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.  Managing tenant ledgers, prior year CAM’S and other related charges.  She works alongside with the Property Mangers to ensure that tenants’ accounts are up to date and accurate. She assists in corporate financial statements as well as Property financials for Clients and prepares accruals and GST filings. Clarissa is knowledgeable in various corporate and real estate accounting software platforms.
