Gavin joined the Avison Young team in February 2021 after recently moving from London, England. Gavin’s previous experience was working as a Residential Appraiser in South London since 2013, with valuation work carried out for lenders such as HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and Natwest. His role in London also included carrying out building inspections for buyers prior to committing to a purchase. Gavin completed a Degree in Building Surveying with the University of Kingston (London, England) in 2013. In November 2019 he attained his MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor. Having mainly gained experience in the Residential sector Gavin has now decided to focus on Commercial Real Estate, after joining the Valuation & Advisory team at Avison Young he is now looking forward to further his career in Real Estate.
