As an integral member of Avison Young’s Occupier Services Division, Willem has extensive experience working exclusively for space occupiers – focusing on tech, startup, and high growth companies along with representing some of Calgary’s most prominent space users. Since joining the industry in 2017 he has immersed himself in tenant representation, providing unbiased and conflict free services on a multitude of transactions. His specialities lay in workplace intelligence, dynamic real estate planning, transaction management, financial analysis, and offer + lease negotiations.
