Avison Young bolsters Vancouver land development specialty team, welcoming Mike Harrison as Principal

Toronto, ON – Avison Young is broadening its expertise in Vancouver’s land development market with the appointment of Mike Harrison as Principal, Development Land Sales.

Harrison will be responsible for identifying the most appropriate development sites, pitching properties, and supporting clients in their land ownership portfolio strategies. 

With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Harrison is passionate about digging into the analysis behind properties and sub-markets. He also brings experience in marketing, project management and business development, having led on key negotiations and project launches. Harrison is a graduate of Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Entrepreneurial Leadership program, where he was awarded the Dean’s Medal for outstanding achievement. He is an active member of various real estate groups, including the Fraser Valley chapter of the Urban Development Institute.
