Jeremy Roden is a principal in the Avison Young Lethbridge brokerage, bringing with him an extensive background in the Lethbridge Commercial Real Estate market. Jeremy has brokered several significant transactions and he prides himself on the strong relationships he has developed with many landlords, developers, investors, landowners and tenants.

His focus on retail leasing has led him to represent some of the major developers and landlords not only in Alberta but Western Canada.  Some of his more notable listing mandates include:  Melcor Developments, Royop Development Corporation, Anthem properties, Harvard Developments Inc, Ronmor and Jim Pattison Developments.  His motivation to succeed and determination to ensure that his clients are always top priority makes him a market leader.
