Jean Pierre Gagnon joined Avison Young in 2018 after serving as Senior Vice President for Investment Properties with a major commercial real estate agency in Montreal, where he had been working since 2002. His extensive experience allows him to offer a full range of advisory and consulting services for real estate transactions.

Jean Pierre specializes in investment portfolios including office, retail, residential and industrial buildings, as well as religious community properties. In addition, he has extensive capabilities in terms of real estate valuation and financial analysis.

Jean-Pierre cumulates more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Over his carreer, he has namely acted as Senior Director at Samson Belair/Deloitte & Touche, and held the position of Chartered Appraiser with the Altus Group (LCBA Group).
