Marc Sicotte has been working as a real estate broker since 2019. He primarily works in commercial real estate doing tenant representation for the rental of office and industrial space, as well as in investments (purchases and sales). 

Marc started his career at Devencore and joined the ranks of Avison Young when the Montreal operations of both companies came together in 2021.

Marc’ strength lies in his ability to build lasting and trusting relationships with his clients. This helps him fully understand their objectives and identify the best strategies to fulfill their real estate requirements.
