Grace joined Avison Young as a Property Administrator in 2000 advancing to the position of Property Manager in 2002.  Grace has her Condominium Management and Administration Certificate.  She obtained a General License designation from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario in 2018.  Grace is Avison Young’s Property Manager at First Markham Place and is a trusted advisor to the team, the Board and the unit owners and their tenants.
