Craig is a Principal and co-founder of Avison Young, who brings more than 35 years of corporate real estate and brokerage experience. Working with a select group of national, international and local clientele, Craig strives to service their real estate needs beyond expectation.  In addition to having listed and leased over 25 downtown Toronto buildings, he has represented users across Canada resulting in the construction of over 20 office buildings in major markets. As a speaker, Craig has consistently been sought out as an expert in sustainable development, facility trends and the art of negotiating.

Craig began his commercial real estate career at Knowlton Realty in 1983. A co-founder of Avison Young in 1989, he continues to serve as a Principal of the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm. Craig is also the recipient of numerous awards, including BOMA Lease Deal of the Year, multiple NAIOP Office Lease Deal of the Year Awards, multiple Avison Young’s National Top Producer Awards, and perennial winner of Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence Awards. Craig's laudable reputation as a negotiator derives from his tough but fair approach to achieving results on behalf of his clients. Since the start of Craig’s career, he has completed over 3,000 transactions totaling in excess of $12 billion in transaction value.
