Richard has 25 years of experience in the management and administration of commercial properties.  Richard started his career as a Property Administrator and for the past 18 years has been a Property Manager, joining Avison Young in 2018.  Richard’s experience spans all of the commercial real estate property types.  Richard’s experience and dedication to providing quality customer service ensures that his tenants and client needs are continuously met.
