Avison Young announces appointment of Practice Lead for Toronto office leasing

New role for Andrew Boyd highlights firm’s focus on growth and strengthening client relationships

Toronto, ON – Global real estate advisor Avison Young is proud to announce the appointment of Andrew Boyd, Principal and Senior Vice President, to Practice Lead, Toronto Office Leasing. The promotion bolsters the firm’s Ontario leadership team and comes at a pivotal stage in the firm’s office leasing growth strategy.

In this role, Boyd will identify opportunities for growth, explore new ways to drive revenue, and support client and business development and retention, for both agency leasing and tenant representation. Boyd will collaborate with and lead Toronto’s office leasing team, supporting their development and career paths within a high-performance, accountable, and innovative environment.

Since Joining Avison Young in 1994, Boyd has established himself as a highly skilled negotiator, always putting his clients’ unique needs first. His career is steeped in office leasing and sales expertise throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Boyd’s clients benefit from his deep market knowledge and comprehensive financial analysis, while his expansive relationships with landlords and tenants have also proven to be great assets to his clients.
