Emily Kaczynska joined Avison Young in 2012 in the Toronto West Office as a member of Ben Sykes’ team. Emily is an experienced commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial sale and leasing, marketing strategy and client coordination. Her background in commercial real estate comes from years in marketing, commercial sales and leasing with CBRE.

Throughout the past 11 years, Emily supported Ben in completing some of the most complex industrial real estate transactions. 

Since 2020, Emily supported Ben in completing in excess of $2.4B and over 200 transactions. In the past 12 months, Emily supported Ben in the disposition of the two highest valued GTA industrial transactions ever completed, including a $312M 13-building income portfolio and a $210M development site sale.
