José (Joe) joined Avison Young in 1993 as a General Maintenance Manager. His career in the industry began in 1980 as a building operator.  Since starting with Avison Young, Joe has grown his team from one manager to a team of 7 property service trucks offering various property services to our clients in maintenance and trades. Joe’s depth and knowledge of the industry, trade skills, strong leadership and dedication is an asset to providing excellent service to our clients.
