Scott Teskey joined Avison Young with the Downtown Toronto team working out of Avison’s global headquarters, specializing in office/industrial leasing and investment sales. Scott has a variety of clients ranging from publicly traded corporations, technology start-ups and non-profit organizations. Scott works hard to understand the needs of his client and works diligently to achieve their goals through his knowledge of current market trends and using the most up to date data available. Scott was a top 10 Emerging Leader with Avison Young in 2022. 

Scott attended the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with specialization in Financial Economics. He is also a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board and Avison Young’s Advisory Affinity Group. 

Prior to University, Scott was a first-round draft pick to the Ontario Hockey League and is an avid golfer. Scott prides himself in being honest and reliable and uses his connections to constantly grow his network, portfolio, and knowledge base to create the best client experience.
