Rhys joined Avison Young in May 2021 as Research Coordinator for the office division shortly before transitioning into a Sales Assistant role to work alongside top producer, Glenn Gardner and Stephanie Yeargin. 

He has built a strong foundation of knowledge pursuant to Metro Vancouver’s real estate market in his previous role where he was responsible for maintaining a diligent market availabilities database, contributing to the delivery of data-driven analytics and client-tailored survey reports for the office division.

Rhys currently specializes in listing and tenant representation assignments, project administration and is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with clients and landlords.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Rhys worked at an award-winning digital marketing agency in Vancouver.
