Steven joined Avison Young in January 2022, bringing more than 12 years of valuation experience across a wide range of property types, including shopping centres, development land, office, retail, industrial, and multi-residential properties, as well as Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotels. In recent years, Steven has specialized in the valuation of industrial properties including but not limited to large format distribution centres and special use properties such as cold storage facilities. Steven also provides consulting services for litigation purposes and has been accepted as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

While primarily working in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, Steven’s practice also extends to the emerging markets on Vancouver Island and the interior regions of British Columbia. Steven takes pride in providing his clients with excellent service, through well researched, accurate data, and on-time delivery. Steven is experienced in Discount Cash Flow modelling and analysis.
