Avison Young provided tenant representation and construction management services for Brach Eichler LLC, a 41,242 SF multidisciplinary law firm located in Roseland, New Jersey.  This project consisted of a 3 phase renovation of Brach’s existing space. Phase 1 consisted of the demolition and conversion of the existing office area to a new conference center, reception area and client conference rooms.  Phases 2 and 3 included the installation of new carpeting and wall covering throughout as well as new workstations for the administrative support area.
