After building their own state-of-the-art corporate facility, this family-owned construction and engineering firm looked to Avison Young Studio Project Services for detail-oriented workplace design and delivery.
As builders themselves, the D’Annunzio family has an eye for detail and exquisite execution. Our teams collaborated to finish the space, integrating key components from the existing office to make for a smooth transition. The firm’s new workplace incorporates gorgeous custom millwork, including a conference room with massive, stained wood built ins. We paid special attention to facility’s entryway, creating several photo-realistic renderings of the new reception desk to help the team visualize the possibilities before building.
