As the owner’s representative for Hampshire Real Estate Companies, Avison Young managed the overall redevelopment of 345 Main Street located in Madison, New Jersey. The project consisted of the complete redevelopment of the property including the demolition of the existing single story, 13,000 SF flex building and the construction of a new 2-story, 20,000 sf medical office building. Avison Young obtained all zoning approvals, hired and managed consultants and acted as the construction manager.
