Regina, Saskatchewan – Avison Young today announces that Linely Schaefer has joined as the new Managing Director (“MD”) in Regina – succeeding Dale Griesser and marking a new period of strategic growth, as joining Schaefer are two agents: Hali Lawrence and Brian Tiefenbach.
Effective January 2, Schaefer leads the firm’s Regina affiliate office. He brings three decades of experience focused in retail and new development, representing local, regional, and national clients. Among Schaefer’s clientele are Tim Hortons, A&W, as well as financial Institutions seeking his specialized advice in new or relocated branches and the dispositions of properties.
“This is an exciting time as the Regina team expands to welcome not only Linely but also two top talents, all of whom bring in-depth knowledge of the province’s commercial real estate landscape,” said Mark Fieder, Principal and President of Avison Young in Canada. “Congratulations to our affiliate in Regina; I look forward to partnering to reach our shared goal of driving value for clients – and I’m pleased that Dale remains with the Avison Young family, bringing his strength in the office sector.”
As MD, Schaefer will focus on business development and increasing revenue, prioritizing initiatives that expand reach and visibility in the marketplace. With an emphasis on team building and career development, he will strive to help the team generate wins.
“My number one priority has always been to perform for my clients; to get the job done regardless of the task at hand – and to remain connected to my clients at all times,” said Schaefer. “This people-first attitude is what draws me to Avison Young because I see this in the way they interact – with their clients and with their employees. I want to continue to champion this mindset within the Regina office.”
