Josh Rahme is a Principal and Practice Lead with Avison Young’s Retail Leasing and Sales Team. Working alongside business partner, Hani Abdelkader, and team members Morena Ianniello and Parul Singh; Josh forms part of one of the market’s most active Retail Services Team, responsible for over 600 transactions in the last five years alone.
Josh’s knowledge of the market has also allowed him to assist in the Canadian expansion of several National retailers including: Dollarama, BMO, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Blaze Pizza, Fabricland, Structube, Sally Beauty, Cosmo Prof, Moore’s, Sport Clips, Nathan’s Famous, Panago Pizza, Rogers Wireless and several more.
