Avison Young provided project management services for Pinnacle Foods Group, the leading producer, marketer and distributor of high-quality branded food products, such as Duncan Hines® and Birds Eye®.

The project was included the build-out and expansion of Pinnacle Foods’ new 112,000-119,880 SF headquarters at 399 Jefferson Road in Parsippany, NJ, recently dubbed the “World’s Coolest Office” by Inc. Magazine, as well as renovations to the company’s facility in Cherry Hill, NJ.  The project was completed in several phases:

Phase I
Build out of 45,865 SF of open workplace, including 10,000 SF of advanced test kitchens necessary to test new recipes and for new product presentations.

Phase II
Build out of a 58,066 SF workplace and collaborative amenity space featuring a large recreation room for presentations and dining, as well as an inviting central gathering space with a hearth.

Phases III – IV
9,000 SF expansion featuring offices, open area workstations and additional amenities, as well as the incorporation of a new enclosed dry lab, analytical lab and two new frozen labs.

Phase V
Following the completion of Pinnacle’s Parsippany headquarters, the company also retained Avison Young to provide project management services for renovations to a 6,949 SF expansion of the company’s existing Cherry Hill facility.
