Avison Young is providing tenant representation services for this 1,000,000 sf tenant in Newark New Jersey. The firm assisted PSE&G in calculating multiple options included the construction of a new building vs. staying in place. Our scope included writing an RFP, budgeting of entire project cost, schedules, hiring the entire project team, interviewing 6 developers in the Newark area and the investigation of the operating cost of the existing building. This project is planned to be a LEED Gold project. PSE&G ended up staying in place. AY is providing project management services for a multiple phase renovation project.
